Par cons\u00e9quent, ni l&rsquo;enveloppe ni les techniques ne sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 un monde qui lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique. Un accompagnement approfondi est un concept cl\u00e9 pour impliquer les propri\u00e9taires et les locataires dans le processus de r\u00e9novation de leur appartement.
