The focus was on large roofs (>1000m2).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]First, projects and owners with clear potential and openness to installing a new solar installation were sought. Here, the project team provided economic-financial, technical or legal support, depending on the needs of the specific project. This resulted in exemplary projects that serve as inspiration for others.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]The second pillar was the elaboration of a more structural support mechanism for parties considering a (large) PV development that could still use a push. Finally, the third pillar consisted of adjustments to the concession regulations of the Port of Antwerp to create a strong incentive for panels on the very large roofs of sheds and factory buildings.
